Open Positions

We are continuously seeking talented individuals in the following divisions across all our locations:

• Regulatory Compliances and Audits: We seek qualified Company Secretaries (CS) with expertise in secretarial audits and advanced corporate advisory services. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to best corporate governance practices, problem-solving abilities, and holistic advisory skills for complex corporate actions.
• Litigation and Dispute Resolutions: We are looking for law graduates with 1-2 years of experience in drafting complex financial and business documents, including MOUs, debt- restructuring arrangements, joint venture agreements, and shareholders’ agreements.
• Management Trainees: We welcome applications from CS, CA trainees. Many of our senior colleagues started as management trainees and have grown within the organization. We seek candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement, and a solid academic background.
• Interns: We encourage students in law and management to engage with us on short-term research projects.
