”Jack of all Trades, Master of None” is generally vibrant than ”Master of One”. One would always wonder – how can a Board comprising of people with different skills sets, multi-various qualifications and experience be expected to form the foundation for governance that lends leadership and guidance to a Corporate? But this is how Boards have been functioning for ages, laying down policies, giving directions and driving senior management teams, functional heads and professionals to manage Corporate affairs.
