Business venture in any form – be it a Start up, Micro, Small, Medium or Large scale enterprise, traverses through diverse growth and decline factors during its life span. ”Change is Constant”; but Corporate Leaders (“CL”) should ensure that one thing remains ”Constant without Change” i.e. building a ‘healthy’ business, over a solely ‘Profitable business’. To achieve this, CL should be socially, economically and environmentally responsible and accountable for their business practices. They have a duty to care for business enablers that operate within their arena of power, control and management. CL are also bound to self impose and fulfil obligations arising from customary rights, regulations and legislations.
